Delivery will not be available on Fridays.
Delivery will be free in all zones within Doha for all purchases worth QR 100 or above. For all other zones, refer the table below:
All items, excluding fresh flowers and fresh flower bouquets and flower arrangements, will be delivered the next day and not on the same day. This applies to plants, pots, and all other non-floral products.
Heavy-duty items and products requiring extra care, such as certain pots, tall plants, Potting Soil, Pebbles etc. be subject to specific handling charges. The handling fee will vary depending on the product and will be communicated to you before delivery-
We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
However, the minimum Delivery time is 24 hours except the fresh flowers.You will be notified of the expected delivery date and time once your order is processed.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by you.
